Hidden Leaders · a Spanish-language podcast
Owners and CEOs talking about what almost nobody talks about:
business, family, faith, and purpose.
Please note: the show is recorded and published in Spanish. All episodes, including the six below, are in Spanish. This page is in English so you can see how it works; the conversation itself happens in Spanish.
Almost everyone says the same thing when I invite them: “Me? I haven’t done anything special.”
And almost always, that person built a company from scratch, made it through two crises, brought a son or daughter into the business, and carried a hundred families on payroll without anyone applauding. That’s what I call a hidden leader: someone who built something serious away from the spotlight—and for that very reason has never told the story.
Six recent conversations (in Spanish; titles translated here). If you see yourself in one of them, you already know what it’s about.
So you don’t waste your time: this seat is for owners and CEOs of family businesses, typically with 50 to 300 employees, from northern Mexico or Texas, who are at some point of transition—bringing in the next generation, professionalizing, or carrying the company on their own back. And since the show is in Spanish, you’ll need to be comfortable telling your story in Spanish.
If that’s not you but you know someone like that, that helps me a lot too.
Four details and I’ll open my calendar for you. It’s not a filter to turn you down: it’s so we come to the recording knowing what we’re going to talk about.
Your details are only used to schedule and prepare the conversation. Nothing else.

The best episodes didn’t come from a search: someone who had already taken this seat recommended them.
