NOVAMENT USA LLC (“Novament”) is responsible for the personal data you give us on this site.
This policy describes how we handle personal information in line with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including those of the State of Texas.
Only what you type in. We don’t buy databases or get your data from third parties.
| Data | Where we ask for it |
|---|---|
| Name | In the site’s free tools |
| Email address or WhatsApp number | In the free tools |
| Your company’s name | In the free tools |
| Your answers to the exercise and the result you got | In the free tools |
We don’t ask for sensitive personal data—ethnic origin, health, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions—or for your personal financial or asset information. We don’t ask for passwords, card numbers or government IDs either. If you ever see a field on this site asking for any of that, don’t fill it in, and let us know.
The tools ask about how your company operates. Those answers are calculated in your own browser and never travel to a server. All we receive is your name, your contact information, your company and the summary result—for example, “index 67”—so we can follow up with you if you reach out.
These are essential to give you what you asked for. Without them, we can’t deliver the tool:
These aren’t needed to serve you, and you can say no without it affecting the service you receive in any way:
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with anyone so they can sell you something.
We use third-party tools to operate, and those providers process your data on our behalf. Some of them are located outside the United States:
| Provider | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Google (Forms, Sheets, Workspace) | Receiving and storing your sign-up | United States |
| Calendly | Scheduling the session, if you ask for one | United States |
| Our hosting provider | Keeping the site online | Mexico |
These providers receive only what they need to deliver the service to you. Beyond these cases, we don’t share your data with anyone without your express permission, unless the law or a valid legal request requires it.
At any time, you can ask us to:
Send an email to jesusenrique@novament.com.mx with the subject line “Privacy Request” and include: your name and an email address where we can reply, information that lets us verify it’s really you, which right you want to exercise, and which data it covers.
You can withdraw your consent for us to process your data whenever you want, at the same email address. Keep in mind that in some cases the law requires us to keep certain information even if you ask us to delete it—for example, accounting records for a service you did purchase.
We keep your data while you have a relationship with us and, after that, for as long as applicable legal obligations require. If it never turns into a client relationship and you don’t interact with us, we purge your record after 24 months.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Some tools save your answers in your own browser’s local storage so you don’t lose them if you reload the page; that lives on your computer, not ours, and you can erase it by clearing your browser data.
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the information is restricted to the Novament staff who need it to serve you. No measure is foolproof: if we ever detect a breach that affects your data, we will tell you.
This site is meant for business owners and executives. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor gave us data, email us and we’ll delete it.
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version at this same address (privacy.html) and update the date at the bottom. We suggest you check it from time to time. If the change is significant and affects how we use your data, we’ll let you know through the contact information you gave us.
If you believe your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated, you can contact the appropriate consumer protection or privacy authority. Before that, we ask that you write to us: most of the time, one email solves it.
