What partners should answer before their first serious disagreement.
Being siblings doesn’t make you partners. Most fights between family business owners aren’t about money:
they happen because nobody asked what each person expected, and by the time someone finally asked, there was already a conflict on the table.
Ten questions. Answer them yourself first, print a blank copy for each partner, and have each one
answer alone, without looking at the others. When you put them together, you won’t find out who’s right:
you’ll find out where you didn’t think alike. That map is worth more than any rushed agreement.
Ten questions, five minutes. I don’t ask you for anything to get started.

Answer what you think, not what you believe is expected of you.
The whole point of the exercise is that each partner answers differently.
Done: you’ve answered all ten. Your sheet includes your answers, what each one means, and the blank copy for each partner.
Whose name should I put on it?
